Camilla Schneideman | Camilla Schneideman - Director of London's Divertimenti Cookery School & Divertimenti Cafe.
Divertimenti is owned and run by the Schneideman family who opened their first kitchenware shop in 1964 after moving to London from Australia. In 2002 Camilla Schneideman established Divertimenti's Cookery School which now runs 150 different classes annually. Over 5000 people have attended since it opened. The school's ethos is 'cooking with confidence'; the atmosphere is personal and relaxed, with the goal of inspiring cooks of all levels to experiment with new dishes containing previously untried ingredients and using new techniques.
Divertimenti Cafe serves healthy, delicious yet simple food, largely inspired by Asia and Australasia. Camilla has designed and taught hundreds of cooking classes and is now making regular appearances on the UK TV Food programmes, Great Food Bites and Great Food Live .
